Ball Corporation
Community-Driven Recruitment Success
Ball Corporation, a global aluminium can-making company, asked us for support in the leadup to the opening of their Barton Seagrave, Kettering plant. We supported the team with their community led recruitment drive and to do this we secured masses of press coverage, designed a host of online campaigns, oversaw media photocalls and supported the company to win two golds at the NNBN Awards 2023. The community focused marketing drive did just the trick – with staff successfully in place in time for the plant’s official opening in 2023.

Commsave Credit Union
Recognition and Results
Press coverage and award submissions – we have been working with this UK credit union since 2022 and the success just keeps coming. This inspiring non-profit won Employer of the Year at the SME Northants Awards and then went on to win two awards at the Chamber of Commerce Awards (Employer of the Year and Customer Commitment). Culminating an incredible year, Commsave were then crowned UK Employer of the Year at the SME National Awards. On top of this, we have supported Commsave with a new membership drive campaign in 2025, which quickly resulted in a surge in new members and a record number of calls from local residents seeking savings, loans, and financial advice.

Delapré Abbey
Heritage Marketing Mastery
Heritage PR and marketing is one of our areas of expertise, so we love working with the talented team at this Grade II listed site. During the pandemic we worked with the CEO to design a Wedding With Thanks competition, offering key workers the chance to win a free wedding at the Abbey. More than 300 couples entered the competition, securing excellent press coverage and a surge in wedding bookings. We continue to support the Abbey’s marketing team with a host of heritage campaigns, including PR associated with the restoration of the Abbey’s 19th-century stables and associated buildings.

The Safety Centre
Rebranding a charity
This charity was seeking a new brand identity in its 30th year and we won a UK tender to lead on:
- competitor research,
- brand positioning and messaging and
- the design of an all-new logo and set of brand guidelines.
This investment in a rebrand has equipped this UK organisation to confidently exert more influence on a national level, strengthen funding bids and support UK-wide customer growth. Crucially it is supporting The Safety Centre to educate as many people as possible and to save lives through learning. Our first step was to hold a Discovery Day with the team and to do a deep dive into the organisation. From here we created a new Mission and Vision and an all new brand personality, identity, tone of voice and brand hierarchy.
